After receiving your jewelry our policy gives you ample time to consider this purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, Milari will happily exchange or refund any item that has not been altered or has visible signs of wear or damaged in accordance with the restrictions outlined in this section. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized (by a jeweler other than Milari), or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.

All returns must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and be returned to Milari.com within 30 days of receipt of the original purchase. Call 800-559-5393 for the RMA. The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the package or it will not be accepted. The items being returned must be shipped back and fully insured through the U.S. Post Office, registered/insured at the customer’s expense. All merchandise will be inspected and must be free from damage, alterations, or wear. Customers will receive a refund for the full amount of the items excluding the original shipping expenses.

Credit card purchases will be electronically credited from Milari to your account within 7 days of return receipt. Other payments or refunds by Milari.com will be issued by corporate check within 10 business days. Exchanges will be processed similar to returns. Any balance owed will be refunded within 10 business days. Items that are special order or that have been altered may not be returned or exchanged.
