Product Prices and Stock availability:
If you're placing an order for a piece of jewelry that is currently on back order, please contact us at customerservice@milari.com and we can tell you when the item will be back in stock. Now and then an item can go out of stock before we're able to post notification to the site, when this happens, we will personally notify you and inform you of your options or we can help you find another item. Data may be inaccurately displayed on our site due to system or human errors. While we make every attempt to avoid these errors, we reserve the right to correct any and all errors when they do occur and we do not honor inaccurate or erroneous prices. Semi Mountings, Mountings and Center Diamonds:
Our mountings are available for purchase only when combined with the purchase of a diamond or Milari setting your diamond/s. Milari mountings are not available for individual purchase.
Special Orders:
We want to help you find the perfect diamond. If you do not find it in our diamond inventory, use our Special Order form to request the exact diamond you want, or call and speak to a diamond and jewelry consultant at 800-559-5393.
Custom Designs:
We take pride in making any custom design of yours, provided your design fits within the parameters of our manufacturing, setting techniques and procedures. Milari has state of the art technology enabling us to produce three “D” images of your design/s, e-mailing these to you for review and approval prior to manufacturing. Please e-mail jewels@milari.com or call 800-559-5393 for all pricing and enquiries. You will also find our repair and customer service unparallel. (Repairs done only on product purchased from Milari)
Sizing/Repairs:
Although Milari offers only the finest quality products, from time to time, some service or repair may be necessary. For sizing, alterations, or repairs, please contact our customer service department. Any alterations made prior to the 30-day return period will void your ability to return the item. If your Milari ring does not fit, we will resize it free of charge within 10 business days of its original shipment. Resizing will take approximately 14 business days. We do not alter our jewelry, any jewelry that is altered/sized by either Milari or an outside jeweler is NOT returnable!!!
Laser Inscriptions:
Once you have found a diamond you'd like to purchase ,we recommend that you purchase the diamond and request through customerservice@milari.com to have the diamond inscribed for you. There is a charge and it can take up to 21 business days. Please contact us for further information at sales@milari.com or 800-559-5393.
Loose Diamond Certificates/ Appraisals:
When you order a loose diamond, we ship it to you with its accompanying diamond grading report or diamond certificate as well as an appraisal. These grading reports and appraisals are lengthy, detailed documents created by diamond grading experts at highly-respected diamond laboratories making it very expensive to replace a diamond grading report. Because of this, we require all documentation and diamond grading report/ certificates to be included with each returned diamond. If you do not include all documentation, the diamond grading report/certificate and appraisal with your return, you will be charged a replacement fee.
Certificates/Grading Reports:
Milari is proud to offer the finest quality diamonds available. A diamond grading report from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA), European Gem Laboratory (EGL) and or an Appraisal from Milari will accompany our loose diamond inventory. Milari guarantees that the diamond sold matches the stone described by the grading report (i.e. that the diamond is the same one graded by the laboratory). We do not guarantee the accuracy of any diamond-grading laboratory. Milari, its appointees, and agents are not responsible for possible dissimilarities and/or differences that could appear from repeated examinations or as a result of other methods applied. Milari presents these Grading Reports to the client solely for there own use and shall not be held responsible for any claim whatsoever that may be made on the basis of these evaluations. Milari presents our evaluations/appraisals in accordance with the scientific methods applied during the examination.
Payment:

Shipping:
Items that are in stock will be shipped within five business days of confirmation of your order. In the event an item is out of stock, the customer will be contacted and informed as to the estimated time of delivery. Customer will be notified of any delays via e-mail. All packages will be shipped via UPS, and require a signature. Delivery must be within the United States and cannot be made to P.O. Boxes. All deliveries must be made to the billing address on file with the applicable credit card company. Please see Insurance/Liabilities below regarding your responsibilities. Customer is liable for any or all shipping and insurance charges. Milari ships via UPS, customer my choose one of the following means of shipment:

Signature Requirements for Delivery
If your delivery is over $500 we require a signature for delivery regardless of any waivers you have from UPS. These requirements are for your protection. If you require special service on you shipment, please do not hesitate to call customer service (800) 559-5393
Insurance/Liabilities:
All items shipped from Milari are insured for full value until delivery to your location. Once delivered to your location you are solely responsible for the merchandise. You agree to accept any loss or damage to the merchandise, whether caused by you or by another, or by any other known or unknown cause, and whether or not such cause is under your control, from and after the point of delivery to your location and up to and including the return to and receipt by Milari of the merchandise in its original condition. For added security, it is our policy that a signature is required for all Milari orders over $500, regardless of any signature waivers you may have with UPS or USPS. Alternate Shipping Addresses:
We can ship your order to an address other than your billing address. As a security precaution, we require that your alternate shipping address be on file with your credit card company. This step helps protect you from fraudulent charges to your credit card.
International Shipping:
We will ship to Canada, Japan, Australia, New Zealand and the UK via USPS priority mail. Absolutely NO shipping to Africa….without exception…DO NOT request!!!
Saturday Delivery:
If available in your area, we may be able to arrange for your order to be delivered on Saturday, via UPS Saturday Service at an extra charge. If you're interested in these services, call 800-559-5393 to speak to a service consultant.
Sales Tax:
Sales tax is collected on all orders shipped to addresses in California at 7.75% Milari is located in Irvine, California, USA. We are required to collect sales tax from California residents or for purchases delivered in California. California sales tax does not apply for items shipped outside of California to residents of other states. We do not collect sales tax for other states. If sales or use tax is applicable in your state it is your responsibility to contact your state's tax division to comply.

Returns & Exchanges:
We offer a very flexible return policy, to help ensure you make the right choice, If you are not satisfied, you can return any item in its original condition ( any special sizing by Milari or adjustments by an outside jeweler voids this return policy) within 30 days of the date of shipment for a refund or an exchange. Warranty/ Guarantee:
Milari offers a thirty (30) day customer satisfaction guarantee*. Customers may return any item within 30 days from the delivery of the merchandise (See Returns and Exchanges for Return Policy). Limited lifetime warranty. Milari warranties all merchandise against defects in manufacturing and workmanship. Milari is not responsible for those items subjected to excessive wear, abuse, or physical damage whether accidental or otherwise. Additionally the insurance and protection of your merchandise is solely your responsibility, and Milari shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, or resulting damages whatsoever that may occur. Comparison buying:
We do not allow comparison buying. Comparison buying is the act of buying several items with the intent of keeping the one you like best and returning the remaining items. This causes our costs and overheads to inflate unnecessarily. At Milari, we make every attempt to ensure that our online catalog is as accurate and complete as possible. In order to give you the opportunity to view our products in great detail, some products may appear larger or smaller than their actual size in our photographs; and since every computer monitor is set differently, color and size may vary slightly. Our objective is to provide you with as much information and detail about your prospective purchase as possible so that you can see the beauty and shape of a particular item. In compliance with industry standards and FTC regulations, Milari states that carat total weight in all purchases may vary 0.05 carats from stated weight. Also, for each item containing multiple diamonds, we list the average grade and measurement for color, clarity, and carat weight. These averages are calculated by adding all grades or measurements that comprise the inventory with regard to that particular piece of merchandise, and determining the closest mean.
Conflict Diamond Policy:
Milari only purchase diamonds through the most respected suppliers who, like us, morally adhere to and enforce the standards established by the Kimberley Process, an international system that polices the trade of diamonds to ensure they are from sources free of conflict.
Privacy:
Personal customer information is confidential and will not be disclosed to any non-related third parties. Milari does not sell mailing lists and will not disclose your name, email address, or any other information about you to any non-related third parties.
Security:
When you make a purchase at Milari, our server uses a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to connect with you. This protocol will encrypt your personal information, guarding it from interception and misuse. Your security and a safe shopping environment are our primary concerns.
